LOCK HAVEN – Family band Kopper and Kash recently released their debut single titled “JoyRide” which is available on all streaming platforms and digital retailers.
Recorded in Nashville by producer Buddy Hyatt at Hill Top Studios, the song was written by successful songwriters Liz Hengber, Mark Irwin and Park Chisom. “Joy Ride is another amazing song for Kopper and Kash,” said Donna Lyons of Lyons Radio Network, proclaiming them, “A creative, free-spirited band, with phenomenal harmonizing skills mixed with great music! Can’t get enough!
Kopper and Kash features a father, Jeff Orrin, and his two beautiful red-haired daughters, Ava and Mia.
Based in the River Valleys region of Pennsylvania, the family has spent years singing in church and working on their sound and music. Both girls sang with their father before they could walk and went from using their father’s guitar case as a stage to singing alongside him onstage.
Now the family makes music with songs filled with real-life experiences, like losing a loved one, or rhythmic anthemic songs about living to the fullest.
“I can’t wait to have a future in country music” Ava said. “I can’t wait to see where this joyous ride will take our family.”
Kopper and Kash reflect American values of love and life. This family has taken the pulse of what country music stands for in America and is releasing several new original songs in the coming months after “JoyRide.”
The band honed their musicality and style by performing in many different venues in central Pennsylvania. They will perform this summer at the Union County Fair, Clearfield County Fair, Jaycee’s Regatta, Antes Fort Days, the Lock Haven City Summer Concert Series and the Waterville Apple Butter Festival later in the year. year.
